These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.samadhantra.com and the Samadhantra Mobile Application (“App”), owned and operated by Samadhantra.

By accessing or using our Website or App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Nature of Services

Samadhantra provides advisory, facilitation, consulting, technology-enabled services, and location-based service matching.

We do not guarantee specific results, approvals, placements, admissions, or outcomes unless expressly confirmed in writing.

2. Mobile App & Location-Based Services

Our App may use GPS-based precise location and approximate location to provide nearby services and verification features.

• Location access requires user permission
• Disabling location may limit app functionality
• We are not liable for inaccuracies in third-party map data

3. Google Maps & Third-Party Tools

Our services may integrate Google Maps APIs and other third-party tools. Such services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Samadhantra is not responsible for third-party service disruptions, data policies, or operational failures.

4. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or
• Use the services under supervision of a legal guardian

5. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Not misuse, hack, or reverse engineer the platform
